Night Shift automatically adjusts the brightness and color temperature of your display, making it easier to read the screen with less eye strain at night.
To set up or enable Night Shift, from the home screen, tap Settings.
Scroll to and tap Display & Brightness.
Tap Night Shift.
Night Shift can be enabled manually, or it can be configured to activate on a set schedule.
With Scheduled enabled, tap the times to set the preferred scheduled options.
Note: To disable Night Shift, ensure both the Manually Enable Until Tomorrow and Scheduled switches are off.
Tap the preferred option.
If the Custom Schedule option is selected, tap Turn On At and Turn Off At to set the Night shift schedule.
When finished, tap Night Shift.
Slide the COLOR TEMPERATURE bar left or right to adjust the screen to the most comfortable setting.
When finished press the Home key to return to the home screen.
Night Shift is now set up and ready for use.
