If the Hands Free Activation and One Touch Activation are not successful, the handset must be manually programmed. From the home screen, tap Phone.
Note:A programming code is required to manually program the handset. If the handset is activated via www.sprint.com/activate, this code may be found in the confirmation email or the programming instructions page. If this is a new line of service or the code is not available, please contact a nearby Sprint Repair store for programming assistance.
The handset must be in a Sprint coverage area to complete the programming and activation process. To verify Sprint Coverage, visit the Sprint website at Sprint.com/coverage.
Dial ## followed by the six-digit code for the handset. Then dial#. The final # will not appear on the screen.
Note: Refer to the Activate your new phone confirmation email or programming instructions page for the necessary codes.
On the Service Program screen, tap Edit.
Enter the MDN and tap OK.
Note:The MDN is your 10 digit phone number.
Enter the MSID and tap OK.
Note:Refer to the Activate your new phone confirmation email or programming instructions page for the MSID.
The device will restart.
Manual programming is complete and the device is ready for use.
