Verify the volume is turned up.
The volume for audio playback can be adjusted by pressing the Volume up key during playback.
To verify the volume when audio or video are not playing:
Perform a soft reset.
Performing a soft reset will restart your phone.
Verify the file format of the audio file.
Your phone supports specific audio types, if the audio file is not one of these types, it will not play correctly.
