You may have charging issues if your Netgear Mingle™:
Try each of these steps if your device has charging issues.
Verify that your device, charging port, and battery contacts are not damaged.

Verify that you are using a compatible charger.
You risk severe damage to your device if the charger isn't the same voltage, amps, and plug type as your original charger. You can purchase compatible chargers on www.virginmobileusa.com.
Verify that your Netgear Mingle can power on.
Verify that your Netgear Mingle is running the most recent software.
Perform a soft reset.
A soft reset restarts your device and does not erase any of your content or data.
