Verify you've enabled and set up mobile hotspot on your HTC EVO V 4G.
Verify mobile data is enabled.
Verify your HTC EVO V 4G is connected to the Virgin Mobile network using My Account.
Verify your subscription has an active mobile hotspot add-on.
On www.virginmobileusa.com, log in to your account verify the add-on is active on the subscription.
Without the hotspot add-on, you can't share your phone mobile hotspot with other devices.
Perform a soft reset.
A soft reset reconnects your HTC EVO V 4G to the Virgin Mobile network.
Note: To optimize device performance, be sure your HTC EVO V 4G is running the most recent device software. Check for software updates.
