These steps help identify and resolve the underlying cause. After completing each step, test to see if the issue is fixed. If not, continue to the next step.
Verify the volume is turned up.The volume for audio playback can be adjusted by pressing the Volume up key during playback.
To verify the volume when audio or video are not playing:
Note: Playback volume cannot be adjusted if the Incoming Ringer volume is set to vibrate all or silence all.
Perform a soft reset.
Performing a soft reset will restart your phone.
Verify the file format of the audio file.Your phone supports specific audio types, if the audio file is not one of these types, it will not play correctly.
